Build your digital presence.

A new company without a professional website, a working domain, and a business email loses credibility before the first conversation. We put those in place as one connected package, so the company presents at the level it intends to trade, from the day it opens for business.

  • 01Corporate website design and development
  • 02Domain registration and DNS configuration
  • 03Business email setup and accounts
  • 04Visual identity and brand assets

Where companies present badly

The free email problem

A Gmail address signals a company that has not committed to its own name.

UAE banks and enterprise clients check email domains. An address on your own domain signals permanence. A free address raises questions about the business before the first meeting has taken place.

A website without a brief

Most web projects stall at content, not design.

We start with a content brief before any design work begins. What the company does, who it serves, and how a client is meant to reach you. That clarity is what makes a website work, regardless of which template or platform is used.

Identity assembled separately

Logos, colours and tone chosen at different times cost more to unify later.

Visual identity is not graphic design for its own sake. It is the layer that makes a website, a proposal, and a business card feel like they belong to the same company. We deliver that as part of one engagement rather than a separate brief.

How it runs

Four steps, each with a clear handover at the end.

01

Brief

We document the business, its clients, and the impression the company needs to make. The output is a one-page content framework and a clear scope, agreed before any design work begins.

02

Design and copy

A design direction and the website copy are developed together. Both are reviewed and approved before development begins. One revision round is included in the standard engagement.

03

Build and configure

Website development, domain connection, DNS records, and business email accounts are set up in parallel. Everything is tested across browsers and devices before handover.

04

Handover

You receive access to all accounts and a written record of what was configured and what needs renewal. The website, domain, and email are yours. Documentation is written so your team can make basic content updates without a developer.

What comes next

A website works harder when the entity behind it is already established.

Many clients build their digital presence alongside their trade licence, so the website, email domain, and company name are consistent from day one. Others arrive after licensing and then continue into systems and automation. Both routes work. Neither requires starting over.

Good to know

Content updates are yours

We build and configure, then document how your team can make basic text and image changes without involving a developer. Ongoing managed changes can be arranged separately, but they are not assumed.

Domain costs are direct

Domain registration and annual renewal fees go to the registrar. We configure everything. The ongoing cost is yours and stays with you if the relationship changes.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about digital presence.

How long does a website take to build?

Website development takes 7 to 14 business days from the point of design approval. That window covers development, testing, and deployment. The design and copy phase, including your review round, typically adds one to two weeks before development begins. Most clients are live within three to four weeks of the initial brief.

What is included in the visual identity?

The visual identity covers a logo, a colour palette, and a type choice that work consistently across the website, email signatures, and standard documents. It is not a full brand guidelines document by default. If your plans include printed materials, signage, or a wider brand rollout, that can be scoped separately during the brief.

Do I need a website to open a UAE business bank account?

Most UAE banks request evidence of a digital footprint as part of the account opening review. A functioning website with clear activity descriptions and contact information materially strengthens the application. Simobi can prepare the website in parallel with business setup so both are ready when the licence is issued.

Can the website be updated after launch?

Yes. Handover documentation covers how to make basic content changes without involving a developer. For ongoing updates, new pages, or additional features, that can be arranged under a separate support agreement. There is no obligation to take a retainer.

Will I own the domain and website files?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name with credentials handed to you on completion. All code, design files, and assets are transferred to you. There are no ongoing licence fees for the website itself. You choose your hosting arrangement; Simobi can manage that on your behalf under a separate agreement if preferred.

How does business email work?

Business email runs on your domain through a professional mail platform. You and your team get addresses in the format name@yourcompany.com, accessed from any email client or browser. Configuration, DNS records, and initial accounts are set up as part of the engagement.

Can this run at the same time as business setup?

Yes. Many clients run website development and trade licence work in parallel. The licence detail, the domain name, and the email accounts are all consistent from day one because they are set up together, not handed off to a second supplier after the licence arrives.

Start with a brief, not a quote.

Tell us what the business does and who it needs to reach. We will put together a scope and a realistic timeline. No retainer required for the first conversation.
